I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and offered beautiful views from the balcony, although they were very dusty. The staff was exceptionally kind and pro-active overall, but I found some interactions to be cold. The location was fantastic with serene surroundings but felt a bit out of place in the tropical setting. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of selections, but the price without a voucher was steep. Although the hotel had some shortcomings, I enjoyed my stay overall.
The hotel room was spacious with a walk-in closet next to the bathroom and a king-size bed, but it was not that impressive overall. The service was a mix of being very unhelpful and apologetic, while the location offered serene surroundings but lacked some key amenities. The dining options were decent, but with limited selections. The facilities were dated with stained carpets and a musty smell.
The hotel offers affordable rooms but comes with a lively crowd and noise issues. The service is exceptional with staff going above and beyond, but the dining can be pricey. The location is convenient with great pools and landscaping, yet some areas lack service.
